- We provide disposable slippers, underclothes free of charge for your SPA Therapies.
- We request from you to give information regarding your general health prior to the therapy.
- We collect 50% of the total charge when you do not come for your therapy appointment. Please kindly inform us about any changes and cancellation at least 4 hours before your appointment.
- We try to keep our facilities silent and peaceful for our guests. Please keep your mobile ohone closed or in silent mode when you enter the spa.
- Palestra Fitness SPA is open between 09:00 a.m. and 22:00 p.m 7 days a week.
